"Issue got sorted in the end"
I had a problem with my order and was annoyed at first, to be honest. It took a couple of emails back and forth, but customer service did get it sorted and refunded the missing item. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they handled it fairly in the end. A friend had recommended them to me, so I’m glad it didn’t turn into a bigger hassle.

"Really happy with the polo"
I ordered a polo from fredperry.com and I’m happy with it. It’s definitely not the cheapest, but the material feels nice and sturdy, like it’ll hold up for years. Delivery was totally fine too, no drama. Weirdly, I remember the delivery guy had one bright blue shoelace and one black one, which has nothing to do with the shirt but stuck in my head. I’d buy from them again, especially if there’s a sale or I’m after something classic

I ordered from Fred Perry but ended up having to send it back because the sizing wasn’t quite right. The return itself was straightforward, so no real complaints there. The only thing was the refund took about a week after they received it, which felt a bit slow compared to some other retailers I’ve used. Not awful by any means, but not especially fast either. Overall, 3 stars feels fair.

"Good order overall, but the tracking was... not great!!!"
My order from Fred Perry was totally fine in the end!! The parcel arrived ok and everything was as expected... but the tracking was useless, honestly. It sat on the exact same update for days??? Then out of nowhere it suddenly changed to “out for delivery”!! Glad I got my stuff, but it would’ve been really nice to actually know where it was along the way...

"Worth the price"
I bought a Fred Perry polo and it’s been through a few washes already. So far, it still holds its shape and the colour hasn’t faded, which is always a good sign. I’ve just been following the care label and it comes out looking fine every time. it feels like a good-quality shirt and worth paying a bit extra for.

Most of the info was super easy to find, and the sizes and materials were explained clearly enough that I wasn’t sitting there feeling like an idiot. I do wish they had a few more fit notes, because guessing that stuff can be annoying as hell, but overall it definitely helped me pick the right one.
